Business Systems Analyst II - SharePoint Automation Engineer

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to drive business value through innovative Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves designing both out-of-the-box and custom solutions while providing support and training for collaborative systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team and clients to gather detailed requirements and design solutions in Microsoft 365
• Provide expertise in developing solutions that meet business needs across various departments
• Manage daily support and training for Microsoft 365 platforms to enhance user experience
• Engage in migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365, ensuring seamless transition
• Maintain productive relationships within the team and across the company for a positive work environment
• Stay informed on the latest industry standards for Microsoft 365 to bring innovative solutions

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification
• Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Nintex Workflow or similar tools
• Knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML web technologies
• Competence in Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
