K18 is a company focused on hair freedom through biotech innovation. They are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to oversee the creative development of visual merchandising and packaging initiatives, managing projects from start to finish while ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage all the details throughout packaging, VM and print production related projects, ensuring all action-items are accomplished timely and accurately
- Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects
- Develop, manage, and continuously adjust detailed project timelines to ensure creative milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and production deadlines are met
- Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
- Working knowledge of creative needs and expectations
- Identify where altered requirements will involve extra time or extra resources and efficiencies can be gained
- Assess needs and distribute work within a group from concept, development, approval and final production
- Collaborate daily with creative team and stakeholder counterparts
- Manages resource planning, engaging freelancers as needed
- Review and/or assist in developing Wrike creative requests
- Demonstrate good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient within the team
- Able to track and analyze data related to creative output and provide insights into trends and help forecast for future needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Creative Project Management either in-house or at a creative agency
- 1+ years experience using Wrike project management tool
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well without supervision
- Thorough understanding of the design + creative production processes
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others and perform other job-related duties when assigned
- In-house experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
- Experience working closely with visual merchandising and production teams also a plus
