About this role
MaximaTek is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, specification, evaluation, and launch of AI-powered Security Research Agents across their client’s security ecosystems. This role requires deep cybersecurity domain expertise combined with strong AI/LLM product ownership, focusing on translating security workflows into precise agent specifications and evaluation metrics.

- Security Telemetry & Investigation Expertise: The candidate must have working knowledge of:• Identity & Access• Endpoint & Device• Network & Cloud• Data Security & Insider Risk
- Agent Architecture & Technical Depth
- Preview Strategy & Risk Mitigation
Requirements:
- 6+ years Product Management experience
- 3+ years in Cybersecurity domain
- Experience with SIEM / SOC workflows
- Deep familiarity with security telemetry & incident response
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products
- Understanding of LLMs, RL, model evaluation frameworks
- Experience in Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, or similar platforms
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK mapping
- Exposure to anomaly detection & risk scoring models
- Experience working with SOC analysts
- Knowledge of sovereign cloud & compliance constraints
