Business Intelligence Analyst II

They are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex business problems and translating data into clear insights for non-technical leaders. The role involves developing reporting requirements, building analytical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful information.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems using internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers
• Translate business needs into reporting specifications and develop solutions for presenting information clearly and effectively
• Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support projects and operational decision‑making
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve data‑related inquiries of moderate complexity
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements, team knowledge‑sharing, and best‑practice development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic to moderate experience developing SQL queries and procedures
• Foundational understanding of reporting automation and data modeling concepts
• Ability to apply data quality concepts to ensure accuracy and consistency
• B.A. preferred
• Experience with R, Python, Azure, or similar analytical tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or DAX Studio
• Working knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies
