Azure DevOps Engineer Sr/Lead

As an Azure DevOps engineer senior or lead on the Cloud Consulting Services team, you will lead customer engagements to drive transformative cloud solutions and provide expert technical consulting on Azure services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements to drive transformative cloud solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cloud initiatives
• Empower internal customers to fully leverage the Azure platform
• Provide expert technical consulting on Azure services, including compute, AI, serverless, and networking
• Focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Lead engagements with Azure technical platform resources and mentor/coordinate Azure technical resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
• In lieu of degree, minimum of six years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
• Proven experience in Azure cloud designing, architecting, building, and deploying infrastructure solutions that deliver tangible business value
• Experience with Azure Serverless/Functions, Blob Storage, and Cloud security
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains like GitHub and IaC (Terraform or Azure Resource Manager); proficiency in scripting and software development using Python, PowerShell, and JSON/YAML
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
• Experience with coaching and mentoring team members and internal customers to unlock their potential
• Possess complementary skills in requirements gathering, risk management, task estimation, project/timeline management, conflict resolution, and driving successful project outcomes
