Guild is a company that believes talent is everywhere and that opportunity should be too. They are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to bridge their AI platform and the organization, focusing on adoption and integration of AI capabilities across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive measurable adoption of Apollo across Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams so that AI capabilities are actively used in day-to-day workflows, not sitting on a shelf
- Build a durable enablement ecosystem (documentation, training materials, self-serve resources) that allows teams to onboard onto Apollo independently, reducing reliance on one-off support
- Establish a reliable feedback loop between business stakeholders and the AI platform team, ensuring the Apollo roadmap is shaped by real user needs and prioritized against business impact
- Partner with Product, Commercial, Executive, and Engineering teams to implement Apollo capabilities across their workflows
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and internal demos, building all supporting materials for these activities
- Develop documentation in Confluence and internal knowledge bases to ensure durable, self-serve learning
- Create newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and company-wide presentations to evangelize Apollo and build AI awareness
- Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders across functions, then translate business needs into structured AI platform requirements
- Help prioritize roadmap initiatives with AI and engineering teams, acting as a product-minded liaison across departments
- Deliver low-to-medium complexity technical implementations, supporting integrations and configuration of AI workflows
- Prototype lightweight solutions to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption of Apollo capabilities
Requirements:
- Served as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer embedded with cross-functional teams, driving adoption of a technical platform or product
- Built internal enablement programs, training curricula, or change management initiatives that helped non-technical teams adopt new tools
- Translated complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for business and executive audiences
- Acted as a product-minded liaison, gathering stakeholder feedback and shaping a platform or product roadmap based on real user needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Product intuition and experience translating business needs into technical requirements and prioritized roadmap items
- Familiarity with AI/ML platform tooling and workflow automation
- Comfort working across Product, Commercial, and Engineering functions simultaneously
