SDVI Corporation is a company focused on transforming workflows in the media and entertainment sector. They are seeking a Pre-Sales / Technical Account Manager to act as a technical partner to the sales organization, leading pre-sales engagements and ensuring customer success through collaboration and effective communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, lead discovery sessions, shape solution designs, and serve as the technical voice in customer meetings
- Build demos and proof-of-concept supply chains that showcase value, while assessing scope, effort, risk, and timelines to ensure stakeholder alignment and technical fit
- Guide new customers from POC to production, defining requirements, designing workflows, and building and testing supply chains under real-world deadlines
- Provide hands-on training and documentation to ensure customers can confidently operate the platform independently
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities through higher throughput, new workflows, additional integrations, or adoption across new teams or departments
- Collaborate with sales to position expansions, support technical validation, and help customers realize incremental value from the Rally platform
- Work with the support team to ensure customers are satisfied, coordinate with sales, engineering, product management, and support to resolve issues, and represent customer needs internally
Requirements:
- Proven customer-facing experience with large media and entertainment customers, including pre-sales or solution design responsibilities
- Deep familiarity with media workflows, broadcast, streaming, and content supply chain technologies
- Understanding of media file types, metadata structures, and delivery standards
- Confidence working with XML, JSON, and Python
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience participating in or leading technical sales, including demos and POCs
- Willingness to travel as necessary, visiting customers, industry events, and trade shows
- Capability and flexibility to take on other duties as required to support the team's success
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of relevant commercial experience
