RPA and Agentic AI Engineer

The RPA and Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation workflows that integrate RPA platforms with enterprise systems and AI services.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Deploy Intelligent Automation
• Leading the end-to-end design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, of Power Apps and related automation toolsBuild end-to-end automations that integrate with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud servicesDevelop reusable automation components that improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability
• Intelligent & Agentic Automation
• Implement intelligent automation patterns that combine RPA with:Document understanding and verificationNLP and communication miningAI driven decisioning and Agentic AI servicesCollaborate with GenAI and Applied ML pods to integrate LLM powered services and predictive models into automation workflows
• Engineering Standards & Quality
• Follow established coding standards, governance guidelines, and security requirementsConduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of automation solutionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to shared automation libraries and standardsSupport production monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of deployed botsDeveloping dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track utilization, success metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization or enhancement
