They are seeking a Senior Manager for Customer Data & Personalization to lead technology capabilities that enable intelligent personalization, connecting customer data with marketing efforts to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology strategy behind customer data and personalization
- Translate business and marketing needs into scalable technical capabilities
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing leaders
- Define standards for activation, experimentation, and measurement
- Evaluate and guide adoption of modern customer technology platforms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise digital architecture
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Digital Technology, Martech, Customer Data, Personalization, or related fields
- Strong experience with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred)
- Experience with experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
- Proven success delivering scalable digital capabilities and measurable outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Data, or related field
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
