Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced contractor for the role of Digital Product Manager to support the implementation and migration of digital scheduling workflows into their Scheduling Engine. The role involves working closely with product leadership and developers in an Agile environment to translate product direction into actionable development work.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing workflows, document business logic and system dependencies, and develop plans for migrating these workflows into the Scheduling Engine
- Drive execution by translating requirements into user stories, managing backlog items, and partnering directly with developers to deliver implementations
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role supporting Agile development teams
- Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear user stories, backlog items, and development requirements
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow documentation, and creating training materials for internal teams
- Experience partnering closely with dev teams on delivery execution and sprint planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across product, development, and partner teams
- Experience with scheduling systems in healthcare (nice to have)
