Majesco PAS OR Billing Developer

Job Title: Majesco PAS OR Billing Developer 
Location: Remote (USA / Canada)
Duration: Contract (12+ Months / Extendable)
Experience Level: Mid to Senior (9+ Years)

Job Summary 
We are looking for a skilled Majesco Developer with hands-on experience in either Majesco Policy Administration System (PAS) OR Majesco Billing within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, and support of Majesco platform components based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions in Majesco PAS OR Majesco Billing

• Configure products, rating rules, workflows, or billing cycles based on the module

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Build and maintain integrations with external/internal systems

• Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and production releases

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain

• Hands-on experience in Majesco PAS OR Majesco Billing (at least one is mandatory)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Policy lifecycle (for PAS) OR

  • Billing lifecycle, invoicing, payments (for Billing)

• Experience in Java, SQL, XML, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)

• Experience with system integrations and APIs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on both PAS and Billing (nice to have, not required)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

• Experience with US or Canadian insurance clients
