- Partner closely with EPCm and construction leadership to integrate environmental controls into daily work planning, sequencing, and field activities.
Monitoring, inspections, and issue resolution
- Oversee environmental field monitoring and inspection coverage across all construction spreads.
- Review and manage environmental non‑conformance reports, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
- Act as the primary escalation point for environmental issues requiring engagement by project leadership, the Owner, or regulatory agencies.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits, including preparation, field participation, and follow‑up documentation.
Training, mentorship, and continuous improvement
- Ensure construction contractors and field staff receive appropriate environmental training and site‑specific orientation.
- Mentor environmental field leads and specialists to support consistent performance and professional development.
- Promote a proactive, prevention‑focused environmental culture across construction teams.
