Responsibilities
Develop and implement search engine evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and processes, to improve the user experience, increase platform traffic and grow gross merchandise value (GMV).
Research and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Support search product evaluation projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Improve the search engine evaluation workstream, including enhancing guidelines, training, and tools, as well as data collection, efficiency, and accuracy.
Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features based on data insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver objectives.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $186222 - $196222 annually.
