Job Summary:
The Catering Service Specialist is responsible for leading and executing advanced print, mail, and document services at client sites. This role supports higher complexity work, including digital production, quality assurance, customer engagement, and system reporting, while serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage daily catering schedule to ensure the requests the team is given are completed in a timely manner.
The point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person to gather accurate information regarding requests/inquiries.
Maintain accurate events calendar for effective time management.
Coordinate events within the account of 2 to 30+ participants.
Manage planning with vendors. coordinate catering needs and attendee giftbags!
Maintain conference rooms order and cleanliness.
Maintain daily logs of supply levels to ensure conference set-up completion.
Managed the weekly order and monthly inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
Support the cross-training process with ASR support to ensure service level standards are met with client expectations.
Deliver consistent quality service while meeting clients’ needs efficiently.
Manage and plan with vendors. coordinate catering needs and attendee giftbags.
Skills and Qualifications:
Effective communication and people skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
Diligence and organizational skills to manage multiple catering requests, event coordination and client projects and maintain accurate records.
Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
High attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve operational issues.
Technical proficiency with relevant software Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and tools used for catering management.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.
