Responsibilities:
- Manage Apigee operations: proxy deployment, policy updates, certificate management
- Build/maintain Datadog dashboards for API health monitoring
- Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to RCA documentation
- Develop automation scripts/playbooks (Python, Shell, or Ansible)
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
Requirements:
- 6+ years in API Gateway management and observability tools
- Manage Apigee operations: proxy deployment, policy updates, certificate management
- Build/maintain Datadog dashboards for API health monitoring
- Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to RCA documentation
- Develop automation scripts/playbooks (Python, Shell, or Ansible)
