Everseen is a leader in vision AI solutions for the world’s leading retailers, seeking a Product Manager III for Retail Store Operations. The role involves owning and driving the expansion of Everseen’s solutions into broader in-store operations and loss prevention, focusing on identifying and solving operational inefficiencies across the store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the vision, strategy and roadmap for Retail Store Operations, drives strategic alignment within the space and contributes to longer-term product direction
- Deeply understands store-wide loss prevention and operational intelligence and translates use cases into scalable product opportunities
- Leads business requirements elicitation for complex initiatives; translates customer, operational, and technical needs into clear, scalable product requirements including data definitions, KPIs, and analytical workflows
- Partners closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams. Drive alignment across stakeholders around priorities, outcomes, and execution plans
- Mentors junior product managers to ensure strong execution
- Ensure that the store-wide loss prevention and operational intelligence solutions align with broader platform direction, architecture, and adjacent product experiences across the product roadmap
- Own and drive the evolution of POCs, MVPs, dashboards and intelligence layers that transform raw signals into actionable insights and real solutions
- Engage with customers and internal teams to validate problems, test solutions, and ensure products and analytics directly influence decisions and deliver measurable and timely outcomes
- Defines and tracks success metrics for their product area, using data to assess adoption, performance, and business impact
- Establish and enforce standards for data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and validation across the Retail Store Operations space
- Champion quality process improvement initiatives within their product area; partners with Engineering, QA, and Operations to support reliable delivery and continuous improvement
- Oversees major UX research projects and standards within Retail Store Operations; collaborates with UX/UI teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, practical, and aligned with user or operational workflows
- Leads comprehensive competitor and market analysis across products; advises on strategy and evaluates business opportunities within their product area; contributes recommendations to broader product planning
- Review strategic product communications and documentation; prepare product requirements, roadmap updates, and stakeholder communications for the Retail Store Operations space to clearly articulate strategy, capabilities, and impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a Product Management role in a global, product led, customer focused environment
- Strategic thinking, advanced analytics, influencing, negotiation, execution focus
- Advanced experience in product management, including cross-functional project leadership and ownership of a significant product area, feature set, or capability
- Deep understanding of product architecture and technical trade-offs; comfortable working with engineering teams, data flows, and system dependencies on complex initiatives
- Drives successful launches and measurable product growth or meaningful business impact within a defined product area
- Manages relationships with enterprise customers, gathers strategic feedback and uses those insights to improve product direction and outcomes
- Uses advanced analytics to inform strategy and resolve challenges; defines and tracks product metrics to support prioritization and decision-making
- Excels in fast-paced, changing environments
- Distills complex problems into actionable proposals and evaluates customer, business, and technical trade-offs within their area of ownership
- Guides technical conversations and alignment across teams; continuously builds expertise in product, market, and domain trends
- Analyzes complex market and business data, identifies opportunities, and makes informed product decisions that drive organizational impact within their product area and contribute to wider business goals
- Coordinates remote teams, travels to key customers or events as needed
