OneCloud is a rapidly expanding telecom SaaS company seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive their cloud communication solutions. The role involves owning product roadmaps, coordinating releases, and leading cross-functional initiatives to translate customer feedback into revenue-generating features while optimizing product performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product roadmap in partnership with leadership, including translating business needs into user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating sprint planning and release cycles
- Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to align product initiatives with business goals and ensure successful delivery
- Gather feedback from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to identify product improvements and new opportunities
- Track key SaaS metrics (adoption, usage, retention), analyze performance, and drive continuous product improvements
- Oversee testing of new features and releases to ensure a high-quality user experience and alignment with customer needs
- Help prioritize and resolve product-related issues and maintain clear documentation to support internal teams and users
- Contribute to product positioning, messaging, pricing, and support go-to-market efforts in partnership with sales and marketing
- Research competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform product direction and differentiation
- Work closely with engineering to support system enhancements, integrations, and evaluation of tools that improve product capabilities
- Deliver product roadmap milestones on time
- Improve feature adoption and user engagement
- Contribute to successful product launches and GTM execution
- Identify and implement improvements that impact retention or revenue
- Establish clear product processes and cross-functional alignment
- Support other products, initiatives, and strategic efforts as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in product management, business data analysis, or a technical SaaS project role
- Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and version control (Git)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical project delivery
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with UCaaS, VoIP, or cloud communications platforms preferred
- Experience with Zoho One (Creator, CRM, Desk)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise-scale systems
