Vital Growth Management Ltd is a startup company seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who is hands-on and ready to lead the Growth function. The role involves developing and executing paid media strategies, optimizing performance, and directing creative development to enhance brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube
- Execute full-funnel strategies tailored to a premium appliance, including: Prospecting and demand generation, Mid-funnel education and consideration, Retargeting and assisted conversion strategies
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve efficiency and scale. There will be both DTC and B2B opportunities
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion volume
- Build and maintain structured testing frameworks for: Creative concepts and messaging, Audiences and targeting strategies, Funnel stages and landing page alignment
- Identify creative fatigue, audience saturation, and scaling opportunities
- Direct the creative and concepting for Ad development
- Maintain sensitivity to compliance, claims, and credibility within health & wellness advertising
- Track and report on campaign performance across platforms and analytics tools
- Analyze attribution across longer consideration cycles and assisted conversions
- Connect paid media performance to broader DTC metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and cohort LTV
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and scaling
Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct ‘hands on keyboard' paid media buying experience
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform (TikTok, YouTube)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers
- Experience working with longer consideration cycles and non-impulse purchases
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, start up, growth-oriented environments
- Experience in health, wellness, biohacking, or high-end luxury brands
