Yochana is seeking a highly driven Product Manager / Technical Product Manager to own and evolve product feeds, marketplace integrations, and PDP experiences. This role will ensure accurate product representation across channels while driving conversion and revenue through effective management of product data and integration with third-party platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product feed strategy across internal platforms, marketplaces, AI systems, and third-party partners
- Define and govern product data models for attributes, variants, pricing, availability, localization, and enrichment
- Ensure feed accuracy, freshness, completeness, and compliance across all downstream consumers
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable, automated feed pipelines (batch + real-time)
- Drive feed optimization for search, ranking, recommendations, personalization, and AI models
- Lead integrations with key marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, international marketplaces as applicable)
- Own marketplace-specific requirements including: Category schemas and attributes, Pricing, promotions, and SLAs, Inventory availability and fulfillment signals, Policy, compliance, and feed validations
- Act as the single point of accountability for marketplace catalog quality, uptime, and performance
- Continuously improve onboarding, error handling, and monitoring for marketplace feeds
- Own the PDP roadmap, focusing on conversion, engagement, and consistency across platforms
- Define requirements for: Product content (titles, descriptions, imagery, videos), Attribute presentation and variant selection, Pricing, offers, and availability logic, Reviews, ratings, and trust signals
- Partner with UX, analytics, and engineering to run A/B tests and iterate on PDP experiences
- Ensure alignment between PDP content and marketplace feeds to maximize SEO and conversion
- Define and own inventory availability logic across owned platforms and marketplaces
- Work with supply chain, OMS, and engineering teams to enable: Real-time and near-real-time inventory feeds, Store-level and warehouse-level availability, Backorder, preorder, and limited stock logic
- Ensure accurate availability signals power PDPs, feeds, search, and recommendations
- Partner with data science and AI teams to enable AI-ready product feeds
- Define feed enhancements for: Personalization and recommendation engines, Visual search and NLP-based discovery, Ranking, bundling, and upsell models
- Translate business needs into AI consumption requirements (features, attributes, confidence, freshness)
- Own the product roadmap for Stylitics and similar content/experience platforms
- Define integration architecture between Stylitics, PDPs, feeds, and analytics
- Drive outcomes such as: Outfit-based discovery, Cross-sell / upsell lift, Incremental revenue per PDP
- Measure and optimize performance based on conversion, AOV, and engagement metrics
- Act as a bridge between business, engineering, UX, data, merchandising, and operations
- Write clear PRDs, functional specs, data contracts, and integration documentation
- Prioritize backlogs based on business impact, platform dependencies, and scalability
- Manage delivery across Agile / Scrum teams with predictable outcomes
- Feed accuracy, freshness, and completeness, Marketplace catalog acceptance and error rates, PDP conversion rate, bounce rate, and engagement, Inventory availability accuracy and sell-through, Revenue, AOV, and uplift from Stylitics / cross-sell, Time-to-market for new categories, marketplaces, and integrations
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management in eCommerce or retail tech
- Deep understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and marketplace integrations
- Hands-on experience with PDP systems and conversion optimization
- Strong data orientation with ability to derive insights from analytics and experimentation
- Experience working with APIs, feeds (CSV/XML/JSON), event streams, and integration workflows
- Understanding of OMS, inventory systems, pricing engines, and content management systems
- Comfortable discussing AI/ML consumption requirements (without needing to build models)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning
- Exposure to Stylitics or similar merchandising/personalization platforms (highly preferred)
- Experience working with large-scale marketplaces or omni-channel retail platforms
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or catalog-heavy commerce environments
- Experience scaling product platforms across geographies and brands
- Strong stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organizations
