Staffnix is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in pre-sales and technical consulting within the B2B SaaS sector. The role involves owning customer-facing solutioning, conducting technical discovery sessions, and supporting enterprise deal cycles, ensuring effective engagement with multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Must have 6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing sales enabler role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Must have spent the last 3+ years continuously in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Technical Consultant role, owning customer-facing solutioning, demos, and deal support
- Must have hands-on experience conducting technical discovery sessions, enterprise demos, sandbox setups, and POCs for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Must have experience supporting or co-owning enterprise deal cycles of $75k+ ACV, with multi-stakeholder sales processes (Finance, CFO, CTO CXO-level stakeholders)
- Must have strong solutioning experience, including configuring workflows, pricing, contracts, billing logic, and implementing technical demos of SaaS products
- Must have a strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and system workflows, with the ability to reason through integrations and technical use cases

- Strong Senior Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales/ SalesEnabler profile
- Must have 6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing sales enabler role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Must have spent the last 3+ years continuously in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Technical Consultant role, owning customer-facing solutioning, demos, and deal support
