Ivy Technology LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a technical background to manage onsite installation projects. The role involves organizing teams, detailed planning, and maintaining communication with clients while ensuring high-quality collaboration and timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and technical teams and organize team workflows
- Detailed planning, scheduling, proactive risk management, and consistent monitoring to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Report project progress to the supervisor and client
- Ensure workplace order and safety, applying 5S principles and setting a good safety example
- Collaborate effectively within an international team
- Maintain professional communication with the client
- Be available for frequent travel and long-term assignments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installation work
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Communicative level of English
- Valid driver's license for operating vehicles in the USA
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions
- Lean Management approach
- Proficiency in Excel
- OSHA30 certification
- PMP certification or similar
- Experience using power tools
- Experience in electrical work
- Ability to manage business relationships with client representatives
