Project Manager (Requires 70%+ Travelling)

Ivy Technology LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a technical background to manage onsite installation projects. The role involves organizing teams, detailed planning, and maintaining communication with clients while ensuring high-quality collaboration and timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and technical teams and organize team workflows
• Detailed planning, scheduling, proactive risk management, and consistent monitoring to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Report project progress to the supervisor and client
• Ensure workplace order and safety, applying 5S principles and setting a good safety example
• Collaborate effectively within an international team
• Maintain professional communication with the client
• Be available for frequent travel and long-term assignments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installation work
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Communicative level of English
• Valid driver's license for operating vehicles in the USA
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions
• Lean Management approach
• Proficiency in Excel
• OSHA30 certification
• PMP certification or similar
• Experience using power tools
• Experience in electrical work
• Ability to manage business relationships with client representatives
