They are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative who will effectively address and resolve consumer questions, document interactions, and manage multiple consumer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
- Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
- Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Social media experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Experience working on a computer
- Experience working in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Teams
- Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
