Strada is a leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, dedicated to simplifying international workforce management. The Organizational Management role involves generating payroll reports, managing HRX tickets, providing stakeholder support, and performing data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and review Fatal Error Reports before and after each payroll run
- Run the HR Validation Report twice daily (8:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
- Complete the daily Zauditi Report review
- Prepare and distribute the Daily Workload Report via email
- Produce the Individual Benefit Change Report each day
- Send the Combined Benefit Change Report to appropriate stakeholders
- Process and resolve HRX tickets within established service standards
- Perform peer quality reviews of Legislative HRX tickets to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partner with the Special Handling team to resolve escalated or complex ticket issues
- Assist APOs with inquiries related to HR, benefits, or payroll processes
- Reach out to APOs as needed to clarify data corrections or support ticket resolutions
- Produce spreadsheets, analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting for executive and departmental leadership
- Participate in biweekly IT meetings every other Thursday from 2:30–3:00 PM
- Develop DRE (Data Reliability & Evaluation) testing scenarios related to departmental processes
- Execute and document testing activities during scheduled DRE cycles
