The Performance Management Specialist supports state agencies in setting up employee expectations and performance evaluations, blending processing responsibilities with customer interaction through an IVR system.
Responsibilities:
- Initiation of employee performance measurements in the performance management system (, including launching agency expectations and evaluations.)
- Process employee movements and updates in accordance with agency guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in system transactions and documentation
- Assist hiring managers with system navigation and requisition related inquiries
- Provide guidance on applicant processing and performance management workflows
- Utilize multiple systems daily to complete transactions and resolve issues
- Respond to inbound calls through the IVR system from:
- HR representatives across state agencies
- Prospective candidates applying for State of Florida positions
- Provide clear, professional, and solution support
- Document inquiries and resolutions accurately within appropriate systems
- Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex cases
- Maintain flexibility to support business critical periods and changing priorities
- Contribute to a positive, team focused work environment
