Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world’s operating rooms into connected ecosystems. They are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to drive execution across their Go-To-Market customers in the US, focusing on the successful delivery of commercial deployments and alignment with broader customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams in partnership with Delivery team and externally with commercial sites
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution
- Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success
- Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions
- Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite
- Support senior commercial leaders by owning operational execution, enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of proven experience in commercial project management within fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable outcomes with speed and precision
- Execution-focused mindset, combining pragmatism with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with partnering with EHR integration and AI governance teams
- Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner) preferred
