Workato Engineer

Ender-IT is seeking a Workato Engineer to lead the automation of business processes between Workday and enterprise systems. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining 'recipes' to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Workato recipes to automate workflows between Workday and other corporate platforms
• Build custom integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and webhooks
• Optimize data mapping and transformations to ensure data integrity across systems
• Troubleshoot and monitor active integrations to ensure high availability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical automations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or Developer using Workato
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday (HCM or Financials) integration points
• Solid understanding of API structures, JSON, and data formats
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
