Mindlance is a company in the manufacturing industry seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager. This role will lead the digital presence and drive engagement across website and email channels, owning the end-to-end digital experience and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance overall digital performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand narrative across the website
- Create, edit, and optimize website content for clarity, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with design, product, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
- Identify opportunities for new content formats, stories, and web experiences
- Map, analyze, and optimize user journeys to improve conversion and usability
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze behavioral data to recommend funnel improvements
- Partner with UX/UI teams to build intuitive, customer-centric experiences
- Monitor and improve website performance metrics
- Own website analytics setup, tracking, and reporting (e.g., GA4)
- Define and track KPIs related to traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Use data to drive decisions across UX, content, and marketing campaigns
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, and enhancements with developers/agencies
- Ensure website security, functionality, and performance best practices
- Manage integrations, tagging, and analytics configurations
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including campaigns and automated journeys
- Create targeted, high-impact email content aligned with business goals
- Monitor email deliverability, engagement, and list health
- Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns to optimize performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on website and email channels
- Proven experience in website content strategy and user journey optimization
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis
- Experience managing website CMS, integrations, and technical updates
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with UX/UI design teams or background in user experience principles
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development concepts
