Staff Front End Engineer

Radiant Dev is a company focused on developing responsive and accessible front-end applications. They are seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to build applications using Next.js and React, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering managers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & Deploy: Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end applications using Next.js and React
• CMS Management: Integrate and manage headless or traditional CMS platforms
• Leadership: Mentor junior/intermediate engineers through pairing and technical guidance
• Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to translate business needs into intuitive interfaces and contribute to hiring

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Expert-level React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Webpack, Babel, REST APIs, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility, SEO, and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
