McGraw Hill is a leading provider of digital and print educational resources, and they are seeking a Product Manager for their School division. In this role, you will manage the development of customized K-12 educational products, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery while maintaining project scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and help shape the strategic product vision for state and district customizations
- Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps
- Serve as the central communicator and project lead across assigned initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leadership to support go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget
- Build and maintain relationships with external subject matter experts and suppliers to enhance product value
- Manage budgets and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and maximize ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, educational technology, or K–12 curriculum
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing educational products
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
