Cash Depot is a company focused on providing cash management solutions for the cannabis industry. They are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand their footprint in cannabis retail and cultivation markets by delivering compliant cash management solutions and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business with: Dispensaries
- Multistate operators (MSOs)
- Growers and processors
- Sell ATM and cash automation solutions that improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Develop tailored proposals addressing: High cash volumes, Limited banking access, Regulatory compliance requirements
- Build relationships with owners, operators, compliance officers, and finance leaders
- Partner with internal teams to design cash management programs including: Cash pickup and logistics (CIT), Cash forecasting and reporting, Equipment deployment (ATMs, recyclers, safes)
- Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Stay informed on evolving cannabis regulations, payment restrictions, and industry trends
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following: Cannabis industry, ATM payments industry, Cash management or armored services
- Proven ability to sell into cash intensive or regulated environments
- Experience with: ATM placement or ISO relationships, Cash logistics or armored carrier coordination, Cash handling technology (recyclers, smart safes)
- Strong consultative sales approach with ability to navigate compliance sensitive conversations
- Demonstrated success closing mid to large scale deals
- Direct experience working with: Cannabis dispensaries or MSOs, Cannabis compliance frameworks (state level regulations)
- Understanding of: KYC, AML considerations, Cashless ATM or alternative payment models
- Existing network within cannabis operators or ancillary service providers
