Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Summer Intern

Sign FX Inc is a company specializing in delivering high-quality signage solutions for businesses. They are seeking a motivated and curious student intern to help improve operations by identifying and implementing practical uses of artificial intelligence (AI) across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and observe current workflows across departments to understand how work is completed day-to-day
• Identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks suitable for automation
• Research and test AI tools to improve efficiency
• Implement AI-assisted solutions such as: Email and communication drafting
• CRM and sales process enhancements
• Financial data organization and reporting support
• Project documentation and task tracking improvements
• Support improvements across business operations, including sales, finance, project management, and manufacturing, based on identified needs and opportunities
• Improve data consistency and structure across systems, including within Odoo
• Assist in setting up automations and workflow improvements within Odoo and related tools
• Create SOPs and training materials that clearly explain both the process and how AI tools are used within it
• Train team members on new tools and workflows to support adoption and long-term use
• Present findings, improvements, and recommendations to leadership
