SoTalent is a global biopharmaceutical organisation dedicated to advancing innovative treatments for patients facing serious medical conditions. The Regional Marketing Lead will focus on strengthening relationships with key clinical experts and driving awareness of a targeted oncology therapy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategic direction and tactical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading clinical experts within your therapeutic area
- Drive engagement initiatives to support product awareness and advocacy
- Collect and synthesise market insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional engagement plans
- Attend and represent the organisation at industry congresses, conferences, and scientific meetings
- Support the development and management of speaker programmes, including identifying and training presenters
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Compliance
- Assist in organising advisory boards and other insight-gathering initiatives
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Adapt engagement strategies to meet the needs of different markets and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector in a commercial or customer-facing role
- At least 3 years of experience within oncology
- Proven experience working directly with healthcare professionals or key opinion leaders
- Strong understanding of the gastrointestinal oncology landscape is advantageous
- Experience supporting product launches is a plus
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree required (life sciences or related field preferred)
- Advanced degree is considered an advantage
