Business Development Representative – Commercial Roofing & HVAC

Infinite Home Solutions LLC is a licensed general contractor specializing in roofing and HVAC services. They are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to grow their commercial account base across Northern and Central California, focusing on property management companies, HOAs, and commercial building owners.

Responsibilities:

• Grow commercial account base across Northern and Central California
• Target property management companies, HOAs, commercial building owners, insurance adjusters, facility managers, and residential referral networks
• Sell Roof Maxx rejuvenation treatments, roof repairs, new roof installations, roof coatings, waterproofing systems, and HVAC services
• Prospect and generate own leads while also utilizing inbound leads and contact intelligence provided by the company

Requirements:

• Prior B2B outside sales experience is required — construction, commercial services, property management, insurance, or facilities preferred
• Must be a self-generator — you prospect, you call, you show up, you close
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity
• Professional communication and reliable follow-through
• Reliable transportation to cover your territory
• Existing relationships in property management, HOA management, insurance, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
