TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative. The main function of this role is to interact with customers to schedule pest and rodent inspections, handle inbound calls, and follow up with customers on appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling
- Schedule technicians to come out for inspections
- Handle 80-100 calls a day
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ year of call center experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years customer service/call center related experience required
- CANNOT miss any time in the first 4 weeks
- sales experience is 'nice to have' for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections
