Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-site)

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. This role focuses on modernizing core systems, managing data center migrations, and ensuring high availability for enterprise-level hardware and networking environments.
Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives, including server refreshes, network upgrades (SD-WAN/Firewalls), and cloud migrations.

Technical Coordination: Partner with Systems Engineers, Network Architects, and Security teams to define technical requirements and project scope.

Timeline & Budget: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Smartsheet; track financials to ensure projects remain within budget.

Vendor Management: Manage hardware/software procurement and coordinate with external vendors for on-site installations and support.

Governance & Reporting: Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide "scannable" weekly reports on milestones, risks, and blockers.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically focused on IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with VMware, AWS/Azure environments, O365 migrations, and enterprise storage solutions.

Certifications: PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred; ITIL foundation is a plus.

Methodology: Strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Location: Based in or willing to work in Minneapolis, MN for the duration of the contract.
