Summary
Join CentraCare – Clearwater as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide comprehensive, team-based primary care in an outpatient-only setting. This role supports a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling, no nights, weekends, holidays, or call, while allowing you to deliver high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care that improves patient outcomes and supports both provider and patient experience.
Schedule
Full-time | 0.8–1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare – Clearwater, MN
Day shifts | Specific hours listed below
Choice of 4- or 5-day work week
Clinic hours:
Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available)
No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current AHA BLS certification
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- 1+ year of clinical experience as an NP or PA
