We are seeking an experienced
Community Manager to lead our community in
Gainesville, GA on a
temporary basis (approximately 6 weeks). This role is ideal for a confident leader who can quickly step in, take ownership, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of service for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
- Lead, coach, and support onsite team members to ensure strong performance
- Manage occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention efforts
- Monitor financial performance, including rent collections, expenses, and budget adherence
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident concerns
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety standards
- Partner with regional leadership to ensure operational consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collections
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices
- Ability to step in quickly, prioritize, and operate independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with property management software (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata) preferred
