Product Manager

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a defined roadmap area, collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own a defined roadmap area from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-release measurement
• Partner closely with engineering to balance feature delivery against technical debt
• Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive iterative improvement
• Facilitate alignment across business, design, and engineering teams
• Bring structure and prioritization frameworks to a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Support internal tooling, operational workflows, and compliance-adjacent product surfaces

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Demonstrated ability to execute in ambiguous, unstructured environments
• Strong fluency in data-driven product development and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and iterative release cycles
• Excellent cross-functional communication - equally comfortable with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of internal tooling, workflows, and operational systems
• Experience with compliance or lending products is a plus
