Alignerr is seeking experienced Business Analysts to shape how AI addresses real-world problems in finance, strategy, and operations. The role involves leading a team to produce high-quality AI training materials, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
- Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, strategy, and e-commerce
Requirements:
- Experienced team leader with 2+ years managing analysts or cross-functional teams
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused project work
- Sharp analytical thinker with strong research skills and a high bar for accuracy and logic
- Skilled at giving detailed, constructive feedback that raises team performance
- Clear, confident communicator — equally effective with your team and with stakeholders
- Creative and lateral thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured content
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- No prior AI experience required
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or content evaluation systems
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or business publishing
- Familiarity with MBA-level frameworks and analytical methodologies
