Responsibilities:

• Preparation and prosecution of patents
• Conduct patent opinions
• Perform due diligence
• Potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work
• Client assignment and responsibility commensurate with abilities

Requirements:

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated for producing well written patents
• Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar
