Maintenance Manager, HOA

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its HOA community in Westborough, MA.

 

Daily responsibilities:

• Walk and inspect community for maintenance concerns and repairs. 
• Perform basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Inspect the working function of the mechanical equipment and contact contractors for repair.
• Oversee HVAC, elevators with a split HVAC system, rooftop HVAC, and heat pumps.
• Assist with monitoring progress of capital projects,. 
• Maintain on-call and respond to emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays.
•  Department of One; no direct reports. 
• Other duties as requested.

 

 

 

Annual salary: $65K-$75K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements; electrical and plumbing codes; HVAC; State / local government and OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements; (documentation, safety, required reporting,
  regulations, etc.)
• Customer service driven; team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritize task, manage time, and work efficiently.
• Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-up timely.
