Digital South Communications is a company that has been providing IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, and AI-driven solutions since 1991. They are seeking a driven Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings by engaging business owners and decision-makers about their services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Set qualified appointments for the CEO and sales team
- Identify decision-makers and navigate organizations
- Speak confidently about core services: Managed IT, VoIP, Cybersecurity, AI automation
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, and timing
- Follow up consistently with leads and nurture opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records (ConnectWise or similar)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Assist in building and improving outbound campaigns
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or SDR experience
- Ability to understand and explain technical services at a high level
- Strong communication skills (confident, clear, professional)
- Comfortable making daily outbound calls
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits
- Self-motivated
- Experience in IT, telecommunications, MSP, or SaaS
- Experience selling/setting meetings for MSP, VoIP, or cybersecurity services
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email sequencing tools
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms
- Understanding of business technology environments
