Customer Service Representative

Stocker & Watts is a boutique real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property transactions. They are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services offered by the company
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
• Attend training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using computers and other office equipment
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
