The Brickers Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented volunteer Marketing Strategist to support the Foundation’s internal operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founding Director and be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy to elevate the Foundation’s public presence, increase community awareness, and drive engagement with our Mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Foundation’s goals
- Promote awareness of the Foundation's mission, programs, events, and initiatives through targeted outreach and campaigns
- Oversee the Foundation’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and email communications to increase brand awareness
- Execute cost-effective marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising
- Collaborate with internal operations (Graphics, Copywriting, Media teams) to drive community engagement
- Strengthen and manage the Foundation’s brand identity across all platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, community needs, and market landscape
- Create compelling copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and performance marketing techniques
- Strong experience in social media marketing and multichannel campaign management
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
