Customer Service Representative

Hirebee.ai is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join their team. The main goal of this role is to assist customers by answering their questions and solving any problems they may have with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional way
• Help customers with orders, returns, or technical questions
• Give accurate information about our products or services
• Update customer accounts and notes in our system

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Great Communication: You can speak and write clearly
• Patience: You stay calm and helpful, even when customers are frustrated
• Computer Skills: You are comfortable typing and using basic software
• Reliability: You show up on time and are ready to help the team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Previous experience in retail or service is a plus, but not required
