The SR Business Sales Development Executive will own the outbound sales strategy, manage a structured sales pipeline, and collaborate with various teams to ensure tailored processes and offerings for their vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Own the outbound sales strategy for your assigned vertical
- Manage and grow a structured sales pipeline, converting qualified leads into active, revenue-generating clients
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure tailored processes, materials, and product offerings for your vertical
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy and ensure reporting consistency
- Build and leverage your industry network to secure high-value accounts and accelerate business growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful experience managing outbound sales pipelines or business development campaigns within one of the listed verticals
- Hands-on experience working directly in your target vertical (e.g., aviation, gaming, fintech, etc.)
- Strong network and proven track record of securing large accounts
- Self-starter with high outbound energy, structured approach, and strong ownership mindset
- CRM (Salesforce) proficiency and ability to manage structured outreach campaigns
