They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support US public sector clients utilizing their SaaS platform for effective PAI investigations, requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with our users and key customer stakeholders based on trust, transparency and a commitment to their mission success
- Train and mentor customers on our platform to deliver maximum value on open-source data collection and analysis
- Help customers to solve complex problems that lack clear answers and envision, execute and supervise solutions that leverage people, products and processes
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to communicate feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team
- Research, explore, and help implement new technologies to help our customers
- Be heavily involved in both pre-sales and post-sales Go To Market motions
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or tech, with a focus on public sector or government customers
- Experienced with collection of PAI, production of OSINT, internet investigations, or professional online research
- Excited by technology and how it can be a catalyst for change
- Comfortable preparing and delivering product demonstrations, training workshops and customer briefs
- Familiar with Customer Success best practices and challenges at the individual contributor level
- Interested in both international current affairs and information technology advancements
- Follows an ethical, legal, and transparent approach to data collection
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a United States security clearance for this role
- Prioritizing candidates who reside in Washington State area (Seattle)
- Experience as an analyst working with all-source or open-source content in support of public sector, law enforcement, or corporate security objectives
- Exposure to social network analysis, and knowledge of clear, deep and dark web investigation
- Experience with streamlining investigative workflows by using bespoke tools, programming languages like Python, or automations you created
- Enthusiasm for client-facing work including presentations, training, business/operations management, and troubleshooting
- Ability to explain complex and time-sensitive issues to users in a simple manner
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams at an early stage startup
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams located across multiple time zones
- Experience with data analytics, or data and network analysis
