Mandatory Skills
The resource has strong experience across contact center platforms, Salesforce integration, and enterprise security/network requirements. This cannot be a PM-led effort with junior engineering support rather I'm seeking experienced, hands-on technical leadership.

Technical Onboarding Lead
A senior resource accountable for end-to-end technical activation, including:
Connectivity (VDI, SSO, network readiness).
System access across CXone, Salesforce, and Azure environments.
Integration validation (CTI, APIs, data flows).
Identification and resolution of cross-system dependencies.
Ownership of technical readiness sign-off prior to go-live.
Key Deliverables Expected:
Technical onboarding plan (connectivity, access, integrations).
End-to-end readiness validation (including call simulations and CRM/CTI testing).
Clear technical go-live certification with defined pass/fail criteria.
Updated documented, repeatable onboarding framework (the playbook) for future BPO activations.
