RPA UIPath Advanced Certified Developer - Local to NYC Area only

Title: RPA UiPath Automation Specialist
Location: NYC, NY- Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
Duration: 6-12+ Months

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Automation Development:

• Design, develop, test and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
• Build custom applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Integrate automation solutions with various data sources and systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs).
• Ensure scalability and reliability of automation processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and monitor automation performance.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and post-deployment.
• Implement error-handling and exception management mechanisms.

Monitoring and Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance to adapt to process changes or system upgrades.

Collaboration and Training

• Work closely with IT, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using automation tools and solutions.
• Gather feedback from users to improve automation processes

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

UiPath:

o Proven experience in designing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.

o Strong understanding of UiPath components (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).

o UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.

Microsoft Power Platform:

o Proficiency in building custom apps with PowerApps.

o Experience creating workflows and automations with Power Automate.

o Strong skills in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Programming and Integration:

o Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.

o Experience with APIs, JSON, and web services for system integration.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
