Job Description
A senior Encompass Admin/Architect with 9+ years of experience combines deep platform expertise, architectural leadership, and modernization capabilities to deliver scalable, compliant, and automated lending operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of related work experience; mortgage banking experience preferred
- 5 or more years of technical software support experience with a demonstrated ability for overseeing systems, teams, and projects
- Encompass Administrator: 3 years (Required); Encompass Admin Certification (Preferred)
- Excel background strongly preferred
- Strong background in software development
- Encompass Development experience or previous development on other Loan Origination Systems
- Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry life cycle, loan products, and policies
- Familiarity with customizing code for an Encompass Loan Origination System
- Ability to manage active initiatives, including support and project-related tasks
- Experience working on projects that significantly impact business operations
